The Interlock Signmaker's Template, available through Rockler Woodworking and Hardware, is designed to make it quick and easy to rout signs. The puzzle piece templates of letters, numbers and spacers can be snapped together and taped down with masking tape and are then ready to be routed. They come in both 2-1/4” and 4” size versions for both letters and numbers. Letter kits contain 40 letters (duplicates of common ones) and three spacers; numbers kits contain two sets of numerals 0 to 9 and commonly used symbols. The pricing is $19.99 for the 2-1/4” sets and $29.99 for the 4” sets.
